After having my own traumatic medical and dental experiences, I have learned the importance of paying attention to our body and what we feed it to heal from the inside out, and I am passionate about helping others do the same.
As a young adult, I lived my life in “survival” mode. I thought it was normal to be “anxious”. My anxiety took over at times and often drifted into depression. Over the last 20 years, I have learned both professionally and personally how to combat anxiety and depression and I am committed to teaching others to do the same.
