Structured Support for Sustainable Change — Starting June 11, 2026
You've been pushing through for a long time. You show up, you deliver, you keep going — and somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like yourself.
This group is for the woman who is ready to stop just understanding her burnout and start actually changing the patterns that created it.
Is This You?
You might be in the right place if:
- You're exhausted but can't seem to slow down
- You know something needs to change but you don't know where to start
- You've tried pushing through, taking vacations, or switching jobs — and still feel the same
- You're tired of carrying everything alone and want support from women who get it
- You're ready to do the real work — not just read about it
What This Group Is
The 6-Week Burnout Reset Group is a small, structured psychoeducational group for high-performing women who are ready to move beyond understanding burnout and begin actively changing the patterns that contribute to it.
Over six weeks you'll have consistent structure, community, and clinically informed support as you begin making more sustainable decisions — about your work, your boundaries, and how you show up for yourself.
This is not therapy. It is a psychoeducational group designed to provide education, reflection, and practical tools for women navigating burnout and over-functioning.
What We'll Cover
Each week builds on the last, creating a structured path from awareness to action:
- Week 1: Understanding your burnout — what it actually is and what's driving it
- Week 2: The patterns keeping you stuck — perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning
- Week 3: Your values and what's been out of alignment
- Week 4: Boundaries — what they actually are and how to set them without guilt
- Week 5: Sustainable decision-making — changing how you approach work and expectations
- Week 6: Your reset plan — a realistic, personalized path forward
How It Works
Six weekly live sessions, held every Wednesday from 6:00–7:00pm ET. The group is kept to 8–10 women maximum so every participant has space to be heard and supported.
Each session combines structured teaching, guided reflection, and group discussion. You'll also have access to resources throughout the program to support your progress between sessions.
Format: 6 weeks | Wednesdays 6:00–7:00pm ET | Live online | 8–10 participants max | Next group begins: June 11, 2026
What You'll Walk Away With
- A clear understanding of the patterns that have been driving your burnout
- Practical, sustainable boundaries you can actually maintain
- A changed relationship with work, expectations, and your own needs
- Community with other women navigating the same season
- A personalized reset plan for moving forward
Testimonials
"Jennifer's workshop was amazing! I learned so much about myself when completing the activities and implemented many of the tools in my day to day life. I encourage everyone to attend. You will not be disappointed."
"Before signing up, I was challenged with not having enough time to complete projects. After attending, I was able to take care of myself by cleaning out useless things in my life. I am now journaling about my time and how I spend it. My most significant improvements are prioritizing my schedule, learning to say no, and staying in my lane. If you are joining the next group — take notes and implement the advice shared."

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This is a psychoeducational group designed to provide education, structured reflection, and practical tools for women navigating burnout. It is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. If you are seeking therapy, please reach out to discuss whether individual therapy is appropriate for your needs.
Do I need to live in Georgia or Florida?
Because this is a psychoeducational group and not a therapy service, it may be available to women outside of Georgia and Florida. If you are unsure whether this program is available in your location, please reach out before enrolling.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you need to miss a session, resources will be available to help you stay connected to the material. However, because this is a small group experience, consistent attendance is encouraged for the benefit of all participants.
Is this the right fit for me?
This group is a good fit if you are a high-performing woman experiencing burnout, over-functioning, or difficulty setting boundaries who is ready to do structured work in a supportive group setting. If you are in crisis or need more intensive support, individual therapy may be a better starting point.
